Quality Steel desired to increase the attractiveness of the breakroom, locker room and add to the office area. Sponseller Group architects and engineers worked alongside Quality Steel’s staff to accomplish these improvements.
Together we assisted in development of the architectural schematic design, design development, final detailed engineered drawings, and bid review.
The services involved architectural, structural, mechanical HVAC system, electrical power, lighting, civil, and permitting for an 18,200 sq. ft. expansion.
This consisted of 10,900 sq. ft. for the office space, 2800 sq. ft. for locker room, and 4500 sq. ft. for a break/lunchroom.
They utilized one of our engineers for project oversight and acted as the owner’s representative to the general contractor.
